KKDİK (Turkish REACH) Pre-Registration Deadline is Approaching!

Deadline for the Pre-Registration of Substances is 31 December 2020.

If you are a manufacturer or importer of a substances into Turkey, it is important to understand the impact of KKDIK on your business. 

KKDIK is the Turkish adaptation of the European Union’s (EU) Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regulation in Turkey.  The Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment and Urbanization (MoEU) is the executive and legislative authority for KKDIK.  The new Turkish regulation, KKDIK, requires pre-registration and registration respectively for substances that are manufactured or placed on the Turkish market either on their own or in mixtures or in articles with an intended release which are equal to or above 1 metric ton per annum.
